Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: April 23, 2026

JLY Precision Technology (JLY Precision Technology, “we”, “us”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our public website.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We also reference EN 301 549 (EU ICT accessibility standard) and Section 508 (US federal standard) where applicable to our international customers.

Measures we have taken

  • Semantic HTML landmarks — <header>, <main>, <aside>, <nav>, <footer> — on every page.
  • A skip-to-content link that becomes visible on keyboard focus, allowing screen-reader and keyboard users to bypass the header.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators (:focus-visible) on every interactive element.
  • All interactive controls — buttons, links, language switcher, dropdown menus, floating contact actions — are reachable and operable with the keyboard alone.
  • Dropdown navigation menus open on focus as well as hover, so keyboard users can browse the full site.
  • Every form field in the quote form has a programmatically associated <label> and an appropriate autocomplete attribute.
  • Form status messages (“Sending…”, “Thank you”, error messages) are announced to screen readers via ARIA live regions.
  • Data tables use <th scope="col"> and <caption> so tabular content can be navigated by assistive technology.
  • All informative images include meaningful alt text. Decorative icons are marked aria-hidden.
  • Colour contrast meets WCAG AA on body copy, headings, buttons, and links.
  • The site is fully responsive and supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
  • We respect the operating-system preference for reduced motion — animations and transitions are disabled when you have that setting enabled on your device.
  • The site supports forced-colour modes (Windows High Contrast and macOS Increase Contrast).
  • Content is available in seven languages (English, German, French, Turkish, Korean, Japanese, Russian) with proper lang and hreflang attributes.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party embedded content (for example, YouTube videos or Google Maps) may not fully meet WCAG AA. We choose vendors that support captions and keyboard interaction, and we review this annually.
  • Technical drawings and CAD preview images include descriptive alt text but are not interactively explorable. If you need an alternative description of a specific drawing, please contact us.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content in an alternative format, please contact us:

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to address reported issues within 10 business days, or provide a reasonable timeline when a longer fix is required.

Standards referenced
